Project Coordinator - Richmond Hill, ON

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope

  • Create project schedules, provide weekly project updates to all stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed to ensure project delivery

  • Assist team members in scheduling project tasks, collect project status updates, track project milestones and handle conflicting priorities

  • Create statements of work with external partners, review and analyze quotes and purchase orders, and approve invoices 

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners on a daily basis driving projects through to completion

Site Acquisition Specialist - Richmond Hill, ON

  • Identify potential candidates for wireless infrastructure sites.

  • Liaise and negotiate with building owners, land owners, commercial and residential property managers to lease space.

  • Interact with municipalities and other jurisdictional entities regarding site selection.

  • Prepare documentation and reports for client approval.

  • Coordinate site visits with clients and site owners and property managers.

  • Complete lease documentation and any other documentation required.

  • Review construction drawings with landlord, addressing any landlord requirements/modifications with client.

  • Accurate weekly reporting to the Project Manager/client.  Attend status meetings as required.
